The following products cannot be returned for a refund to Grizzly Mats LLC:
- All Logo Mat Products
- All Products Containing Berber Material
- Any Inter-Locking Products
Returns must be made with 7 days of receipt of your order. All products returned must not be damaged or used. There will be a 30% re-stocking fee applied to the total cost of the order returned. Customer must contract Grizzly Mats LLC at 410-800-7864 or [email protected].
If a purchase is cancelled prior to shipment, there is no charge to cancel. If the order has already shipped, and prior to your receipt of the goods, then the REFUND POLICY above applies.
Damage in Shipment Policy
If product is received with damages, customer must take a picture of the product and refuse it to receive refund. Grizzly Mats LLC is not held liable if customer does not refuse the damaged product. All damages must be reported to Grizzly Mats LLC within 3 business days. Grizzly Mats LLC is not liable for any damaged/defective products sold, misuse of products or negligence inflicted by the customer. We encourage all customers to make sure they inspect their products and are aware of the products they are receiving immediately upon receipt.
